IBIZA WEDDING at one of Ibiza´s most Chic venues.

It has a very distinctive feel as you walk through the front doors of the original Finca. You find yourself transported into a landscape of vast open space beauty that instantly makes you feel relaxed. 

For the style that Emma & Scott brought to this wedding matched by there guests, it was the perfect backdrop. It´s not often if at all that the bride will wear a wedding dress by Vivienne Westwood and boy did she pull it off. 

The day started off with a Chinese tea ceremony with Scott having to win the approval of Emma´s family before he could marry her. It´s safe to say he passed with flying colors and the day got going with guests arriving looking fabulous. With a beautiful ceremony in the woodlands followed by drinks & canapes by the pool and a dinner entrance to the sounds of Burna Boy, the day had it all.

hotel caruso, ravello

Driving into Ravello on the Amalfi Coast listening to the Rat Pack feeling like we´re already in a movie before we even get to the wedding. It´s such a beautiful part of the world with so much character. Definitely one of our favourite places to visit so to be there for a wedding was just magical.

After plenty of Pizza the night before at the welcome drinks event, we woke on to a gloriously sunny morning and headed out to catch a sunrise Drone shot for the opening scene to the film. We love to show where we are and with the incredible backdrop of the Amalfi coast, we had the best intro shot for the film in the bag.

The wedding itself was incredible from start to finish with a heavy down pour of rain for good luck as Gabriella arrived at the church to the Italian trio band that lead wedding guests from the church up to Hotel Caruso. Dancing through the streets having the time of there lives. Rat Pack style live music throughout dinner with plenty of Frank Sinatra classics and then onto the party with Brazilian dancers bringing all the energy to this wedding extravaganza. 

It´s in moments like these that we often pinch ourselves and think how fortunate we are to shoot weddings in the most beautiful of locations all around Europe.

The Beautiful Becka & Kadea celebrated there love for one another at the breathtaking Finca Son Togores. With an incredible  mountain backdrop, this really is one of Mallorca´s top venues.

Bringing together an electic mix of people from all around the world. These girls love to travel and are loved by so many so it´s no surprise that there guest list was full of unique people. They all helped make this the unforgetable day that it was.

The Day started at the wonderful Belmond la residencia in Deià where both girls got ready for the wedding. It´s our favourite part of Mallorca and always a pleasure being there. 

As we moved to Finca Son Togores, the girls had chosen to have the ceremony down next to a Beautiful tree at the end of the long winding road. Held by the lovely Emma, a friend of the girls for many years. It was a beautiful heartfelt ceremony. 

Once the formalities were over it was time to let loose and have fun. Champagne and canapés by the fountain followed by dinner in the courtyard and a first dance back in the fountain area looked stunning as guests danced and cheered along. 

Planned Beautifully by the world renowned wedding planner Isla & Smith who always bring a certain type of style, that oozes class. 

The final cherry on the cake for us was that we´ve known Becka & Kadea for many years so to film the wedding, shooting alongside Benjamin Wheeler was a real honor and we had an absolute blast.

CASA LA VISTA, IBIZA

A Unique and super fun African wedding in the north of IBIZA

We´ve filmed African style weddings previously so we knew it would be full of colorful outfits, money throwing and some next level dancing but each one is different so we weren´t sure what the day would bring. It´s safe to say it delivered in abundance and gave us an experience of a lifetime.

From the clifside ceremony, blue skies and the turquoise meditarean sea as your backdrop to the many heartfelt moments shared and beautiful words spoken you just had an abundance of upbeat joyous energy that spread throughout all of the guests. 

The dinner entrance from all of the Bridal & Grooms party was full of EPIC dance offs, which kicked the evening off in style. And for the first time that we´ve ever known, they had an MC that just kept going all through dinner with games, rapping, dance offs and so much more. If this wasn´t already enough to exhaust even the most energetic of people, we still had the party to go. 

All we can say is WOW! The entrance alone with African style dancing really got the energy firing. The band took things up a notch and the dancers mixed with guests as they got deep down and dirty on the dancefloor.

They had one of Ibiza´s top wedding planners, Lauren from Hidden Treasures so we knew it would be well organised with great decor and a pleasure to film.

MARRAKESH

Marrakesh has been a destination we´d been wanting to film in for a number of years so when the opportunity came to shoot here we jumped at the chance. It´s such a Vibrant country that offers a completely different experience. 

The weekend of celebrations started with a Desert party featuring traditional Moroccan music and an entrance on camels by Riman & Hamish. It was a first for us and boy did we love the experience of this welcome party. Incredible energy all evening long, which set the tone for an unforgettable weekend. 

Waking up on the morning of the wedding day we were filled with excitement and optimism for what lay ahead. After some B roll around the venue we moved into prep, which is always one of our favorite parts of a wedding. The intimate moments captured during the prep before the day really shifts a gear really give us some of the best moments from the day. From there we moved into a Beautiful ceremony within the grounds of the Iconic hotel grounds. 

The BIG MOMENT! You are now Husband & Wife, you may kiss the bride was met with huge applause from guests as they wooped and cheered as the couple walked back down the aisle. The CONFETTI moment we LOVE! 

Shooting this is slow motion is one of those WOW moments from any wedding that looks amazing as a stand alone clip so the more confetti the better. 

This really was one of those pinch me moments from thinking about a wedding in Marrakesh for a number of years to being in the moment, camera in hand, shooting all of the incredible moments. Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish and even with the 40 degree heat, we still loved it all.

NICE, FRANCE

GEORGIA & MITCH

XERECA, IBIZA

This venue is still under the radar, but we love that about it. The perfect blend of modern chic and rural Ibiza vibes makes it one of the best in Ibiza and the ideal choice for Georgia & Mitch to host such a stylish occasion.

They both have a certain charisma about them that oozes class and sophistication, but at the same time, they have that party vibe in them that creates the perfect blend for an incredible wedding.

From the moment we arrived to start shooting you could feel an air of excitement and anticipation for what was to come and as the glamorous guests started to arrive, the atmosphere grew into something very special.

After the I Do´s with oso ibiza and an amazing confetti exit from the ceremony, it was time to relax and enjoy the champagne for guests during the cocktail hour. A beautiful dinner in the garden followed with great speeches and plenty to capture.

Now it’s time for the party 

This group really knew how to party and with dj Tom Grimes and Gabor on the saxophone, they had a great duo to really bring the vibe for the night. These 2 really know how to get the party to life with their sets.

Thanks to velvet circus for co ordinating the day and styling the event as well as they always do.

Arriving at Nice airport, collecting the hire car and driving down into the South of France was an experience in itself. As we arrived in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, we were blown away with the beauty of it. Driving along the coastal road heading towards the Welcome drinks event we were shooting the evening before the wedding we felt as if we were driving through a movie set. 

It´s a MAGICAL part of the world that set the scene for a wedding with style & sophistication. 

Moving into the wedding day, we were blessed with beautiful weather. After the morning prep we moved locations to the Grand hotel for the ceremony, followed by drinks & canapés with live music throughout helping set the tone. We love this part of the day just after the ceremony as guests congratulate the couple and mingle. It gives us plenty to capture for the film. 

The best was still to come as we made our way from the Grand hotel to the evening location. Catherine & Tim left in a vintage Mercedes like something out of a James Bond movie, driving off through the windy roads towards Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild. Entering the venue was like walking into another world with the stunning gardens, beautiful lake and the main house with mountain backdrop. Flanked by the mediterranean sea on either side, as we flew the drone over the venue we could see just how beautiful it was. 

But as beautiful as a venue can be, it´s the people that make the wedding. And this was a great bunch that all helped make this an unforgettable day for the couple. 

As they danced into the early hours of the night, we left on a high, knowing we´d just had the pleasure of filming and Photographing a wedding that we´d never forget. 

RUBY & NIRAN

COTSWOLDS, UK

A Quintessentially British occasion in our favorite part of the UK. 

This was our 3rd visit to the Cotswolds over the past 2 years and each time we go we fall in love with it more and more. What´s not to love about this part of the UK, with it´s quaint  charmingly old-fashioned, picturesque beauty, which evokes a sense of nostalgia. 

We’d briefly met Ruby & Niran about 6 weeks before at a wedding in Ibiza without knowing at that time we were filming there wedding. It wasn’t until the video call a few weeks later that we realized we’d be joining them for there wedding celebrations in the Cotswolds. 

With a brief downpour just before the ceremony, as guests arrived we thought maybe the whole wedding would be inside but with a bit of luck, the clouds disappeared and we found ourselves outside in the beautiful gardens with guests sipping champagne and enjoying the day to the fullest. Pure happiness everywhere we pointed our cameras, which makes it a dream for us to film. It was nice to see some familiar faces amongst the group from the wedding in Ibiza.

And with the the function band greeting guests as they came into dinner with there incredible high energy performances it really set the tone for an amazing evening of entertainment.

We had an absolute blast filming for you guys and wish you a lifetime of happiness.

A Super Fun & Stylish IBIZA Wedding!

As you walk into Pure House, you feel like you´ve just walked into BALI. 

It´s a unique space that just makes you feel calm as you walk around the agroturizmo hotel. A hidden gem in the mountains that you have to know exists or you´d never know to look for it. 

Planned beautifully by @ruthalexanderweddings who always brings her A game and helps create some of Ibiza’s most stunning weddings.

The scene was set for the most magical of days and with a group of family & friends like Chloe & Liam have, it was always going to be an incredible wedding full of once in a lifetime moments.

From emotional prep moments to dance floor moves like you’d see at Studio 54 and the most stunning of wedding dresses. It really was a blockbuster of a wedding for 2 beautiful people who really know who to live life to the fullest.

We’re beyond grateful for the opportunity to have shared the day with you both along with all your family & friends and to know you have the memories for life, is a gift we’ll cherish.

We will forever hold Francesca & Callum in our hearts for being the couple that gave the Ibiza wedding industry it’s first glimpse of hope and just what can happen when someone says yes. After so many Covid cancellations putting the wedding industry in jeopardy, this couple helped change the outlook in a big way.

In the face of restrictions and a heavy rain storm an hour before the ceremony was due to happen with tables being moved around at the last moment, they faced every obstacle and they overcame all the odds stacked against them to make this the most unforgettable experience for everyone who shared this wedding day with them.

You guys are a true inspiration and life long friends who we’ve shared many more experiences with since this day.

Big shout out to Santi and the team at Can Gall for helping make this happen. We love Can Gall for it´s beautiful grounds but it takes a great team to make dreams come true and this was an example of a great team coming together and helping change the way people viewed weddings at that point in time.
